Beer, as we all know, is pretty much a personal taste thing. But having
owned two English Pubs for seven years, I tried a great number of the best
dark beers from all over the world. I never found one better than Guinness
on draft, even imported and not fresh. Maybe its the use nitrogen to
pressurize the draft!
I live in Texas and have found that Shiner Bock is pretty good. But its a
German beer derivative made in the German area of Texas. You might want to
try it. My preference is for the English and Irish beers.
