One piece in the oven, hit the other with a CO2
extinguisher just before assembly - - works every
time!

PS
Storing new lug bolts in the freezer before
fitting them to an axle flange works wonders too.
 Just rmove the frosty little buggers from the
freezer, drop them in place, tap lightly with a
small hammer, and zingo!
