I thought some of you on the East Coast might want to see your tax
dollars flying into space tonight . Sorry for the last minute notification
on
this ..... just found out from my TV weatherman . He said the Shuttle is
scheduled for launch from Florida at 6:11 PM EST, and that it should be
visible in the New York City and New England area about 6:17 to 6:19 .
His advice was look to the south, and if the skies are clear it
will be visible . I saw one last year during the summer .......
you can tell it' s NO airplane ...... those shuttles are turning
terrific speeds up there in the wild blue yonder !!!
