AL-  for what its worth, as a beginner, I'd be looking closely at the 130

Hi Doug,

   I will write Fuller and see if he would look at photos of it.  You're
right, there is a ton of experience in this group.  I'm not hell bent to
   turn the dragster into a lakester.  Just thought it might be somewhat
    easier than starting from scratch on something.  Its a really neat
  looking car and it would be a shame to destroy it by making major major
mods to it.  The Camero is a stock 305 V8 that I got from my sister (who
  bought it new and only drove it 70,000 mile in 20 years.  I wonder if a
  roll cage can be installed without destroying the perfect interior?  I
wonder if I make it salt legal if I could still use it as a daily driver
?  I don't put many miles on it now and it would be kinda fun to be able
                     to drive a car set up like that.

  Again, thanks for the feedback and comments.  Any other thoughts would
                         always be appreciated..
