Dick, are roadster fenders the same as ones from a closed car or phaeton?
If so i may be able to locate some. There are a couple of them cars around
here rusting in peace. Also, dont a 23 dodge look a lot like a model T? If i
remember, the fenders are similar. maybe they might work. All those cars
from that era look about the same. hope this helps... Scott
