Dave, what you said is EXACTLY right.  The advantage of the EFI is that
it is computer controlled with an exhaust sniffer so it can constantly
adjust itself.  It may spray a finer mist too.  But for speed trials I
have to think the Hilborn is perfectly adequate.  Its simplicity and
aircraft quality parts have a lot of charm.  Bill
