Phillip,
I agree with Glen. Back in the old days before power rack and pinion on dirt
stock cars, they had a hydraulic assist unit that went in the steering shaft
under the dash. I have seen those things loose hoses and blow seals and burn
the daylights ouf ot the drivers legs. Those firesuits absorb that stuff and
then you can't get away from it.
