EGT readings (resend)

List, What would I expect to read on my Exhaust Gas Temperature gauge? This 
is considering a perfect tune at Bonneville using ERC 18c gas on a 15-1 
compression small block Chevy.
Also my probes are mounted in the collector are of the header.
