Keith,
        My dad gave me a couple when I was a kid....they've stuck with 
me.....1. You can learn a lot more by listening than you can by talking.
       2. You can do ANYTHING if you put your mind to it.
       also;
       3. The K.I.S.S. principle....{Keep It Simple Stupid}
and last 4. You need to get a grip on your anger! {from my kid when I lose 
my temper!}  Hope this helps!
