What classes are the XF motors acceptable in? All classes?
If not, why not? If so, why?

Forgot to remove trailers from orginal message, too much sun at WoS.
As in the V4 engine question posed earlier, section II-1 outlines the
parameters for XF & XXF engines.
Reading each class description will show the ALLOWED engines for a given body
class. As to the reason why, "because" is the answer. Adding more engine/body
classes to accomodate a single, "maybe" participant is not always done.
