howdy.
new on the list, new speeds over 130, new to racing
longer than 11 seconds at a time. i want to build a
exotic looking car that makes people say WTF is
that..that is the coolest thing i've ever seen.
secondary goals are 10 second quarter mile times and
200 mph top speed. i've got an '85 mazda rx7 with a
fuel injected ford 302, t5 tranny, ford 9 inch. i'm
going to be putting in an aluminum radiator,
intercooler, 18 inch wheels, so i am just going to
ditch the stock front sheetmetal and build a new
frontend from fiberglass, along with widening the rear
of the car.
anyway i'm just wondering if there is a website
describing the rules you guys observe when at
bonneville, etc... also, anyone know of a good
website with tips for working with fiberglass in
automotive applications.
