Under all of the above conditions the driver has ultimate control.
It's not traction "control" it's traction "advice".

My personal opinion, not of any consequence to direct any board decisions,
is that a TA device is doable.
I have seen a couple of systems in use and think that the ones I looked at
do not violate the TC rules.
