Showed us who wears the Pants as in Plural..... IE Panties...

and hey Jon.... I've seen some really nice Small work area's that were well
thought out and very functional.... so consider your hot rod sitting outside
and working in YOUR half of the garage... do make sure she understands that
the house has to have an attic... as your not going to store her boxes on
your side....

Then you can go ahead and cave in.... once you have put your foot down...and
go out and look for a 8x10 storage shed to work out of...
