Like Las Vegas ... summer is hot, dusty and miserable so everyone but
racers stays in the Casinos.
Then the in-between seasons ... people are busy at home so they have to do
something to attract visitors.
When the weather cools off in October, there's really nothing pretty about
the desert so until May, people stay in the casinos again.
