Rule book says all new designs should be submitted to the Technical
Committee.
But I didn't find any information on who the Technical Committee is, just
rule 1.P that
says to send issues to Dale Martin who shows as Chief Motorcycle Tech.
Is he available through the list?
Anyone have any experience with what to send and how much
of it? (Drawings/notes/specifications?) Is there a set of standards or
templates?
