I can remember when my dad took me to see Admiral Richard Byrd's
Expedition to Antarctica Convoy pass by on Route 9 near Worcester, MA,
on its' way to Boston to load onto the freighters there ........ those huge
Sno Cat type vehicles were sure like nothing I had ever seen !!!
I wonder if any are rusting away as Antarctic Tired Iron ........
or do any of them survive here in the States ?
