Bob,

There are varying requirements for the Drivers Firesuit etc... at different
speeds (Section 3.A), along with Fire Bottle Requirements (section 3.Q). I
would set myself up for the Speed I think the Vehicle will go. Safety is a
good place to overbuild.

The same safety requirements are the same for all vehicles. Even time only
vehicles have to meet whatever the class
is they were built for, safety  is safety, we cut no corners for anyone.
