FWIW:
Lexan does NOT like high heats, the same heat that we used for
plexiglas will blister and cloud/fog Lexan.
when we worked Lexan , we usually only heated BOTH sides of the
sheet to only 120 degrees F and then move the part to a form or
pan brake and bent at that temp.
Lexan will bend cold, BUT it takes a slight overbend to allow
for springback, and it takes more pressure to that.
a slight temp increase will allow easy bending and less springback.
too much heat, and blisters and clouding/fog is a given..
