I chatted with Roy Fjastad (pronounced "fee-yaah'-stad", a good Swedish name
for sure!) yesterday and he said that indeed, the club is in the process of
establishing minimums. In fact, I guess the numbers are pretty well sorted
out and awaiting final consideration before being published -- probably
within a month or so. He didn't tell me the numbers I'd questioned -- but
instead suggested that I get my fax number to him. He'll send the
information I requested as soon as said numbers are released for public
consumption.
This posting (that you're reading right now), coupled with the responses
that were sent to me after I asked the question, brings to FOUR the number
of interpretations that I've now seen of an answer to my question. Thanks
to all that offered help, but I think I'll wait to hear from Roy, and will
post that data when it arrives.
