Right on, Doug! I agree there has been a general, negative attitude about
mig welding on the list, in the past 6 months, and none of it
substantiated. In fact I was trying to set time aside to respond with real
data and was just about to post a response along the same lines. Especially
when I saw Goodman's note about bronze welding being "as strong as
mig". Tain't necessarily so ... but I need a little time to get a
rebuttal together. -Elon
