To set a record at El Mirage you must belong to one of the SCTA member
clubs. Your dues in one of the SCTA mamber clubs listed in their rule book also
includes your SCTA annual dues.
Membership in one of the SCTA clubs usually includes the obligation of
doing volunteer work such as Patrol at one or more El Mirage events.......Ardun
