Section 1 Car General Competition Requirements
Add new second sentence: It is the responsibility of both the entrant and
operator of any race vehicle to be thoroughly familiar with the rules herein
and comply with them.
Section 1.F Qualifying:
Add new 3rd paragraph:
Except for Streamliners, record attempts against records less than 175 mph
MUST be made on the short course regardless of previous vehicle performance.
Section 1.M Drivers Licensing:
3rd paragraph, add new 2nd paragraph:
Drivers/riders upgrading their license are restricted to using the short
course for license grades below 175 MPH, (category C and below). The driver
must exceed 175 mph in the first quarter of the first timed mile before
moving to the long course for further license upgrades.
Section 2 Competition Specifications and Requirements
Change 1st sentence to read: Any internal combustion engine using either a 2
stroke or 4 stroke Otto cycle or Diesel cycle may compete in any category
Section 2.B Fuels:
Rewrite 2nd sentence to read:
Examples of approved fuels are: alcohol, hydrogen, nitro methane blends,
nitrous oxide and unapproved gasoline.

Delete last sentence:
Hydrogen fueled . time only.
Section 3.1 Steering
Pp1, add new sentence at end of paragraph: Steering must be assured by at
least two (2) front wheels.
