So if I understand, you have two pumps; 1 for the Kinsler with the main
return, and 1 for the NOS with a separate return?  Or do you combine the
returns into one larger line?

I'm also running a Kinsler EFI and I was set up to run Nitrous last year as
well...

We used a Bosch pump on the Kinsler and had planned on a BG 280 or 400 for
the Nitrous.... again there has always been a bypassing regulator to return
unused fuel to the tank...

I was trying to understand the vapor tank concept... and honestly it just
was kinda by me.... course Dave designs our systems... so he's king of this
stuff.... I'm just the installer... LOL hey... I know my job here...
something bout the whistle and the train...
