Thanks everyone, I knew the automatics needed a Scatter Shield but wasn't
sure about the manual transmissions. Hood pins are 10 bucks and a half hour.
Scatter Shield makers are sure proud of their work based on costs.....
cheaper than foot surgery though. I see the tiny type on the left of the
inspection sheet, big slap on the forehead.

The inspection form will provide a reference to to apporpiate section of the
rulebook for a more detailed description.
Yes, you do need supplementary flywheel and clutch protection. A SFI
approved
bellhousing or fabricated flywheel shield are required.
The stock hood hold down is not enough, you need a supplementary method
there
also.
