Yep remember the Streeter family down the road with the straight 8
in it.
and just a few years ago I had a fire engine we restored,
a 1947 Seagraves, with a flathead V-12 smooth running engine.
used as a parade engine now.. took the water tank & hose bed out and
put bench seats in the back so that kids could ride along..
