At the USFRA meeting last night, Save the Salt Chairman Larry Volk was
hoping that pumping could start later this month. He had NO information
that pumping had started again. The agreement with the new company has not
filtered through the BLM to either him or to Gary Allen as of yesterday.
There is no word whether the pumping to begin again would be part of binding
terms or merely an agreement to do it in principle ... a non binding
agreement.
