Howdy, got my copy of Home Shop Machinist, and found an article on solenoid
operated valves. http://rbowes1.11net.com/dbowes/ is his web site, I don't
know that the valves for his engine ( a 2 cylinder 1X1 bore stroke, 10,000
rpm engine) will scale larger, however it is an interesting idea, the
concept that anybody can build the system to run them is another good one,
and is similar to the Megasquirt electronic fuel injection system you build
yourself, kind of a Allied Radio / Knight Kit approach to
learning.........anybody out there thinking on operating valves like this?
