BAR is planning to try and break 400 KPH with a Formula 1 car. They are ALREADY 
displaying Bonneville 400 signage on the team cars.

Can we do that too?Let's see. If I hope to get in the 2 club, can I put 
Bonneville 300+ on my car? I realize that 300KPH is not quite 200MPH, so  could 
bel be a little modest.
