I think I'm all packed up: Both the cats are at the office, I've
put the bike and all (I hope) of the parts in the truck or the trailer.
I've got enough cash to pay for 12 class changes, I've got the number
of a bail bondsman, I've got the jumper cables for Scott Guthrie's van
(you had to be there to understand that one...). I've got my PDA with
phone numbers for just about everyone that's ever seen a car or bike.
I've got my membership card for the Liar's Club, and some bug spray for
the lodging facilities where we'll sleep during the 7-night trip. I've
got the fire extinguisher and my tool kit and the bodywork for the
bike. I even remembered my logbook and two rule books. I've got the
laptop and Dave Dahlgren's phone number.

Wish my nitrous bottle wasn't empty. Dad Land had talked about
going to the meet this weekend -- I sent him an email this morning to
confirm and he hasn't responded. If he -- or someone else - will be at
Maxton this weekend with a nitrous fill station, someone please call me
tomorrow (Wednesday) if possible to let me know so I don't have to go
chasing all over creation for a fill. We'll be using the usual phone:
906 361 6282.

Oh, sh*t -- gotta remember the 2 Club hats and shirts. And my
special Russ O'Daly-issued M/C Inspector's sombrero. Flamey shorts,
too. What would a race weekend be without all the correct garb? Yeah,
I've got the leathers and helmets and, well, you know. Hey, most of
you have had the fun of trying to leave without forgetting important
stuff. It's more fun to take eleventeen times too many things and hope
you've got it all covered. Makes the truck ride smoother, too.

See ya at the track -- or next Wednesday, when we're back.

PS WOW - I almost forgot to mail the World Finals registration. Glad
I took one last think...
