I think I remember this car being for sale about 2 years ago. It was in 
South Africa as I remember. When some people started asking questions 
about what records it holds, they became vague and said it was a street 
legal tire record. One of the big hang ups was getting into this 
country. I think that is where the "U.S. Federal Certificate" comes into 
play. So it looks like someone got it into this country and now are
