Dave
Well my friend I have been there, I quit in 1986 after what was a scare with
my heart and a few days in the crash ward. Turned out to be something else.
Today just the price would make me quit. It's not easy and it takes a hour
at a time. One thing I did was keep a pocket full of tooth picks and
everytime I wanted a smoke I pulled out a tooth pick. Soaking them in scotch
makes them more enjoyable.

Dave, you can do it even if Keith is around looking like a smoke stack.
There is no easy way to quit but wanting to is 50% of the battle. Good luck.
Glen
