Yep. Bowling Green is a great place to work & live..... Wouldn'tyou want to
transfer from Detroit too?? It's also a super,ultra-modern assembly plant - as
clean as an operating room... well,almost. They also have the stongest union
of all GM plants according toone worker I talked with. I was surprised to see
workers smoking whileassembling Corvettes and I asked him how they got away
with that. Hesaid BG is the only GM plant the workers can smoke on the line.
So ifyou buy a Vette and find a burn hole in the carpet....... Linda and
Ipicked up her Vette at the Museum and drove it 3000 miles home. What agreat
trip. Now if only Harley would let me pick up a new bike inWisconsin and ride
it back to Arizona......
