Sparky, you are way too perceptive! LOL

Don't get me wrong. JCB designed and built an awesome LSR race car. Amazing
performance right out of the box with way more to come. Face it, they blew
the old record away by 129.290 MPH!!!! A "mere" 40% increase and they haven't
even scratched the surface of the cars potential. That's an everyday
occurrence at Speed Weeks right? I looked at the records set this year and
years past.
Most were bumped by a few MPH, within a few percent of the old record except
JCB's. What's wrong with this picture$$$$$$$$?

Everyone is preaching, don't criticize their mega buck effort, "Learn from
them Grasshopper". "Take pictures and duplicate what they did in your
backyard". That all sounds good but in reality, what JCB did is totally
unreachable
by the average LSR guy. Face it, how many of us have 5 axis CNC mills in our
backyards?

Will big buck support continue in LSR? Of course. It has already started and
it can't be stopped.

Will big bucks change LSR like it did Nascar and NHRA? Why wouldn't it. It's
just taking longer.

You all praise JCB now but what happens next year when XYZ Corp builds a
vehicle in your class and blows the old record away by 100 MPH??? Gives us all
something to take pictures of and duplicate in our backyards...
