British TV presenter in hospital after an attempt to break the

Richard is said to be stable now. Or that was the official word on Five Live
this morning. Also, the statement of the hospital said he was lucky to be
alive. James May has already visited him and the old Stig said he would go
later today (on air with Five Live).

My heart goes out to him and his family. This is a big blow. We all know
speed is dangerous, but it always hurts to see it happen.
