Guaranteed true story.  About three years ago my partner Bruce Ream  and his 
wife arrived unannounced at, I believe, then the Stateline casino in a  rented 
car with Utah plates and were given a rate of around $20 a  night.  He had 
the original receipt but was wearing a Speedweek tee when he  checked out and 
they tried to drastically raise the fee.  Only extremely  loud and prolonged 
arguing kept them paying the original bill.
