RUN!!!! SCREAMIN!!!! Do NOT get taken advantage of by these people.
This reminds me of the land being sold for next to nothing (or so it
seemed) and the result was the new owners got involved in an ongoing
lawsuit involving water rights among other things. Basically, these
people could not do anything with this land, not even pitch a tent on
it, cause they couldn't get to it.
I work for a high tech company where I have done considerable research
on the internet, so I did some for this. Here's what I found. The
"company" that owns this land (which is incidentally out in the desert
with no roads leading to it that I could find) is from overseas
(Scotland according to their website) and the company name is Bulgarian
Ownership by Investment Link Limited. I then searched for Real Estate
companies in the town they list in their address. No luck.
To me, this sounds like an incredible scam and I would not pursue this
any further.
