2. One horsepower equals 2547 BTU per hour
3. One gallon of water weighs about 8.33 pounds
Depending on the engine's horsepower and its efficiency (waste HP; heat to
be dissipated), these three equations can be used to find required flow,
etc.

Yes I do. It should be plenty if the radiator has sufficient
capacity. I cool about 1200 hp easily for about 2 minutes with 30
gallons of water and a 180 degree thermostat at 32 gpm. No radiator.
