Door Adjustments

Hello All:
Have a 52 TD, #12569, have restored most and now have a rolling chassis.
Am currently working on the tub, to get painted.  Does anyone know any
tricks or shortcuts on adjusting the doors properly?  The driver side is to
low and the passenger side does not sit flush with the body.  Will get back
to you all later.
This TD is in Tooele, Utah.
