Item Description:
Whitworth boxed set of taps and dies. Set contains two of each tap in
sizes 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16 and 1/2, one tap handle AND one of each
of the same size dies with two handles in a nice wooden case. This style of
thread was used on British cars and motorcycles such as Triumph, MG, Jaguar,
Rolls Royce, BSA, Norton and many others. These thread patterns are not the
same as american styles, so this set is an absolute necessity when repairing or
restoring Classic English cars and motorcycles. Buyer to add $5 for
