OK, another restoration detail question: What was the original color of the distributor body on an early MG TD engine (XPAG 1747)? Surely they weren't painted MG red (maroon) along with the engine. My guess is they were painted black as they came from the Lucas factory. Any thoughts? Gregg Smith 1950 MG TD (#1844) |
