well, I got a new water pump from Ted S. but the pulley off the one that I
had from a '62 olds wouldn't fit, so I took both pumps to a machine shop and
they pulled the flange off the old's pump and pressed it on the new one.
looks like it'll work fine.  Ted sells the pump, but no pulley.  Seems like
you just gotta find a good machine shop in order to do this conversion!
