Offenhauser (Grate man or what that Harry Miller?)

Hi All
I have a 360 duel plane Offenhauser (Wolf Racing) inlet manifold.
Is the 360 single plane Offenhauser better?
With the less stuff in the way there should be more flow, but dose high flow
of the duel plane work?
