Well, starting with the basics, brake squeal is the product of high frequency
vibration that is produced by interaction between the rotor(s)/drum(s) and
pads/shoes. The fixes require changing that interaction or absorbing/damping
the vibration.
Are all brakes squealing or just the front rotors or just one rotor or ??
If just one brake, inspect the pads to see if there is a rogue, large metal
sliver that you could belt sand out.
I had this problem on a Mazda once and found that I had biased braking on one
side of the car, so one of the brakes was making light contact and squealing
while the other was doing all the work under light braking.
Try using some antisqueal shims and/or one of the various gel/silicone
compounds for damping for the disk brakes.
Finally, you may just have to try a different pad formula.
