I'm experiencing some starting problems on my 1979 MGB. Perhaps
someone can offer a possible solution or at least tell me what I should
check.
I have only had the car about a month and the PO doesn't admit to any
previous
problem, although he did install a new alternator and starter solenoid
before I purchased the car.
Sometimes the car will start fine and the next time it won't. When it
doesn't start I do hear a "clicking" noise that I believe is the starter
relay. If I check the wires at the relay and re-seat them it generally will
start, I also replaced one connector as it was "stiff" near the connector.
Any help appreciated
