Hi
My name is Jeff Lord, I own a 74 MGB MKII , and I'm having a problem with the
distributor. It was so loose you could turn it by hand and I could not
tighten it any more. So I removed it and noticed clamping plate had a 1/4"
metal collar inside of it. It appears to me that this piece has broken off of
the distributor itself. Not ever seeing this apart before I'm not sure what
it suppost to look like.
I'm wondering if it suppost to be that way or if is broke and what is a good
source for used one.
