I called the lady at the # given she said I had to have the VIN # and to call 
back.She said I must have gotten to her thru the 800# and was going to give me 
her direct line.I told her I already had her # and she acted surprised so I 
told 
her about the website and now she was on the INET she was quite amazed to say 
the leastanyway I told her she would probably be hearing more from us.BTW my 
belts are on the way she said 2-3 weeks and they are FREE..Pat
