Aldon 43D4 distributor & electronic ignition

I've installed an Aldon 43D4 in my '73 B.
While the points are reliable, I'd like
to convert to an electronic ignition.

Does anyone know which electronic ignitions
will fit a Lucas 43D4 distributor?  For
that matter are the distributor cap and
rotor for a 43D4 distributor interchangeable
with a 45D4?  Which cars were originally
equipped with a 43D4?
