the coolest solution would be a new custom downpipe.  pretty cheap, too.
depending on sizes, you could have a pipe that fits inside the collector 
and outside the ansa.  if the size isn't right you can get an adapter.  
if the downpipe requires a custom bend a muffler shop can do it for not 
much money.  (i say this after getting screwed by a local shop.  i'm now 
running a straight pipe on my f**d e****t.  it's not too loud; the cat 
conv soaks up a lot of noise.  the mga was LOUD when i had it's muffler 
off.  it's still pretty loud with a glass pack.)
