Try Eric Waiter Associates in New Jersey.  I bought a first edition from 
them just a few months ago, long after the second edition came out.  The 
book is:  MGB  Guide to purchase and DIY restoration, by Porter..

I don't have the number for them, but I *think* they have a web page.  
Search for EWA and Eric Waiter.
