        I think that part of the problem is that you are measuring the hp 
at the rear wheels on a rolling dyno as opposed to at the crank on an 
engine dyno.  You are going to have significantly less hp at the wheels 
than at the crank.  (Somewhere around 20% I believe, but that may not be 
enough of a loss.)
